Stenor - Harlyn

Stenor, a Cornish two storey house, originally part of a holiday complex which had seen better days, was purchased by new owners in 2022 and Kre-8 were commissioned with a speedy turnaround.

With a complete transformation and change around of the ground floor layout, including moving the staircase, the team worked to create a spacious home with a luxury feel in ground breaking time. With the addition of a small annex, purchased at the last minute, the team really had their work cut out to make the deadline.

From small dark rooms downstairs, you now walk into a light spacious entrance hall, retaining a small section of exposed slate wall and with large glass and oak pocket doors leading to the spacious lounge.

Downstairs is also home to a beautiful kitchen / diner, a double bedroom with ensuite, family bathroom and laundry room. Rather cleverly, the additional last minute purchase is accessed through the laundry room, allowing it to be let completely separately to the main house. Accommodating a large double bedroom with plenty of storage space and ensuite, leading to a large open plan kitchen and living area. Separate access is from the external courtyard, making this annex completely independent from the main house.

Back in the main house, the new staircase leads to further large and well designed double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Views out to sea from the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge are an additional bonus to the 2 minute walk to the beach.
