A very typical Cornish Bungalow, it was important not to change the house dramatically from the view from the estate. Therefore we designed a wrap around extension which blends perfectly with the estate from the front.

Internally the property is transformed to two floors with the lower floor bedrooms extended with the addition of natural light through roof lights, creating far more space. The lounge also benefits from this effect where the new roof lights frame a stunning new fireplace.

Upstairs the attic roof is lifted and two very large new rooms are created along with a bathroom and lots of storage space, creating the perfect retreat for all the family.

From the private rear garden the transformation is dramatic, with the house doubling in size and balconies offering views over the garden and surrounding countryside.
